How do individuals run there AMD reassessment clinics ? Ideas needed so that we can improve ours

at the moment we run our follow up every 4 weeks( active patients). All will have VA, OCT and slitlamp examination. If they needed treatment, we offer it on the same day

Do your patients have a slitlamp exam every visit ?

How long are you allocated per patient ?
