Banding for Nurse injector

Hi,
I am Band 5 and I am currently undergoing Nurse Injector training in my Trust.
Could you give me some info about what banding I am supposed to be on when I start injecting?
I have been told that no matter what banding I am on, I get paid as Band 7.
Does NMC or RCN has any rules or regulations in regards to that?

Hi
there seems to be mixed views regarding banding everywhere. Some get paid band 5, 6 or 7. The majority seem to be on band 6 or 7.
Alot of places are now doing sessional rate but mostly paying band 6, however it does vary from place to place.
